BSR properties was established as a Real Estate Agency in the year 2003 by Founder Member, Bokkie Smith.

In March 2015 the Agency changed hands and is since being managed by Ria van Coller who is currently the Owner/Principal of the Company. She has been part of the Real Estate Business since 2012.
